75ml Elderberry Mead 25ml White Rum 25ml Sugar Syrup 25ml Fresh Lime Juice A few Blackberries Muddle together blackberries, sugar syrup and lime juice in a glass, add ice. Top with rum and Elderberry Mead, stir and add a sprig of mint!
