GIVES YOU 30 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE OR IN STORE WITH A VALID RECEIPT OR PARCEL SUMMARY DOCUMENT.

RETURN VIA POST.

  1. COMPLETE RETURNS FORM AND ENCLOSE PARCEL SUMMARY.
  2. PACK ITEM SECURELY.
  3. WE ADVISE YOU TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE FOR PROOF OF DESPATCH

TO US.

  1. REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED BY POST ARE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED

FOR PAYMENT.IF THE ITEM WAS A GIFT THE REFUND WILL GO BACK TO THE SENDER.

RETURN IN STORE.

  1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID RECEIPT.
  2. ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS INTACT.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

  2. RETURN USING YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE.
  3. WE ADVISE YOU TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE AS PROOF OF POSTAGE.
  4. REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED BY POST ARE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED

FOR PAYMENT.IF THE ITEM WAS A GIFT THE REFUND WILL GO BACK TO THE SENDER.

  1. MARK YOUR PARCEL “RETURNED GOODS”AS IT MAY GET HELD UP IN CUSTOMS THEREBY

DELAYING YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
